AIM OF THE GAME: HOW TO PLAY: To recognize the different types of fish and learn the differences between fish, molluscs and crustaceans. Take a sheet of paper and divide into equal parts creating 36 small rectangular cards. Write the following words on each card: anchovy, sardinella, lark, lobster, squid, mantis shrimp, carp, carpaccio, mullet, monkfish, corvina, mussels, snapper, dentures, hard clam, gurnard, crab, shoelace, prawn, musky octopus, sea bream, diver, octopus, salmon, buckwheat, white sea bream, scampi, cuttlefish, mackerel, sole, horse mackerel, tellina, tuna, clam. Fold each card and place them all at the centre of the table. Take another sheet of paper and divide into four sections: • FISH • MOLLUSCS • CRUSTACEANS • OTHER (objects, jobs, animals) Pick one card at a time and write the name in one of the four categories above. Continue for a minute trying to use all the cards. When the time runs out check if your answers are correct. The winner is whoever has written the most words in the correct category.
